Educational Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree/PG in relevant engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Naval Architecture, etc.)

  • Commerce/Finance/HR degrees for administrative roles

  • CA/CMA/MBA preferred for finance and managerial posts

  • ITI/Diploma for certain technical support roles

  • All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutions

Age Limit

  • Managerial Posts: Up to 52 years (based on grade)

  • Supervisory/Technical Staff: Maximum age ranges from 28 to 35 years

  • Age relaxation:

    • SC/ST: 5 years

    • OBC (NCL): 3 years

    • PwBD: 10 years

    • As per government norms

Salary

  • Managerial Posts: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/- per month (depending on the grade)

  • Supervisory/Technical Posts: ₹23,800 – ₹83,300/-

  • Other perks: DA, HRA, Medical, PF, Performance Pay, and other company benefits

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting based on qualification and experience

  • Written Test / Interview (Post-dependent)

  • Skill Test / Trade Test for technical positions

  • Final selection will be subject to document verification and medical fitness
